About Us

Center of Hope is a non-profit, faith-based organization providing women and their children a safe, loving, and clean place to heal and grow.  It is a 9 month program which covers addiction recovery (as needed), employment and education for increasing job skills, and classes teaching various life-skills to become economically self-sufficient. We are currently in the middle of renovations with plans to open in Summer 2017!

OUR STORY

Center of Hope is the persistent vision of Chester Christ Central Ministries combined with passionate volunteers who either have experienced Christian recovery from addiction or have a calling on their lives to reach the homeless and addicted with God's love.

From this, God brought a community committee together to create a new (and currently the only) Homeless Women's Shelter in Chester County SC, scheduled to open Summer 2017.

OUR MISSION

The mission of Center of Hope is to demonstrate Christ's love, grace, and hope by providing shelter, healing, and opportunities to homeless women and their children of Chester county first and surrounding counties as availability exists.
